Javier Martínez has been a tireless advocate for New Mexico's communities for over a decade. He serves as Policy Director and General Counsel of the Partnership for Community Action, a community-based organization that works to build healthy communities. Javier lives in the near North Valley with his wife Diana, who grew up in the North Valley, along with his two daughters and son. They are active members of Democratic Ward 11A and are parishioners of Holy Family Catholic Church. Javier has laid deep roots in District 11. Over the past fifteen years, Javier has demonstrated his commitment to social justice and looks forward to bringing innovative and transformative ideas to the New Mexico State Legislature. He is a freshman representative.
Javier serves as Vice Chair of the House Judiciary Committee and as a member of the House Taxation and Revenue Committee.
